We headed back to the Royal Arsenal today to take another look 'round our new flat and neighbourhood. The second look confirmed that we love it out there - it's a really nice little community, as long as you don't go too far out of the development.

Dude... did you buy this place because you are a fan of Arsenal football team and you would be living on / near a street called Arsenal?
Be honest?
Not only is it near a street called "Arsenal", it's actually where the football team Arsenal started before they moved to North London - the workers in the Royal Woolwich Arsenal had a team that played other local teams and the league was formed...total coincidence that we ended up buying there though...and if you believe that, I've got a bridge to sell you...
I believe it is not a coincidence... just wondering how you convinced Jamie to buy into it all...
